By placing an order you confirm that:

PeptideCores makes every effort to ensure product information is accurate. All peptides are supplied with a Certificate of Analysis confirming purity and molecular identity.
Purity levels are verified by independent third-party HPLC testing. Results are documented in the Certificate of Analysis provided with each order.
4. ORDERING
Orders are accepted subject to availability. PeptideCores reserves the right to refuse any order at its discretion. You will receive an email confirmation upon successful placement of your order.
Orders are processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation. You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
5. PRICING
All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated. PeptideCores reserves
the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price charged will be
the price displayed at the time of ordering.
6. PAYMENT
PeptideCores accepts major credit and debit cards, PayPal and cryptocurrency payments. All transactions are processed through SSL encrypted payment gateways.
Payment must be received in full before orders are processed and dispatched.
7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
PeptideCores ships worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination:
— Domestic orders: 3-5 business days
— International orders: 7-14 business days
All orders are shipped in discreet packaging with no reference to contents on the outer packaging. Shipping times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
PeptideCores is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or courier services beyond our control.
8. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Due to the nature of research chemicals PeptideCores does not accept returns once products have been dispatched unless:
— Products arrived damaged
— Incorrect products were supplied
— Products do not match COA specifications
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with supporting evidence. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days.
